We will pay twice a month. We
will pay on the 15th and 1st of EVERY month. Periods ending on the
15th will be paid on the 15th of the next month; periods ending on the end
of the month will be paid on the end of the following month.

You will NOT receive credit for transactions
produced by you or anyone in your organization.

$50 Flat Rate Resellers are paid on converted memberships - $50 per Conversion.

$25 Trial Flat Rate Resellers must maintain a minimum conversion rate of 40%.

All Resellers must produce a minimum of 1 trial transaction per 2 week pay period to receive
payment for that pay period.

Reseller commissions must reach a minimum of $100 per 2 week pay period to receive
payment for that pay period.
